I develop a good understanding of your ability which helps to establish the basis for your training programme, which will push you just enough to get those results.  As you progress, my routines for you will change and take you to the next level. 
 
We are all different and we can’t all train in the same way with the same equipment to achieve the same results – very often injuries occur because this simple fact is ignored.

Are you getting over a bad back? Perhaps a weak or slipped disc? Do you have a knee injury? Exercise can hurt or help. That’s one of the key benefits of having a customized training session, that works with your current fitness level as well as your goals.
