About Me

I combine a tough no nonsense approach with a friendly, always smiling personality. If you are looking to lose weight ahead of a specific deadline, train for an athletic event or just maintain your overall health and fitness, I can help. I specialise in boxing ergonomics which uses the body's own mechanics to increase efficiency in movement, balance and power. I also specialise in fight conditioning using simple but effective training methods to push people’s fitness levels beyond what the believe is possible. I work with everyone, from beginners taking their first step into a gym, to advanced ones that want to improve performance and further their ability.
