My 8 years of professional volleyball gave me the knowledge and importance of stretching, endurance and strength training as well the experience of achieving many great things which I initially thought were impossible.
I pay close attention to your goals and the details that help you to achieve correct exercise technique, order, form, reps, sets etc. in order to safely and effectively reach your goals quickly. I’ll also periodically test and assess your progress to make sure your programming is keeping your goals on track.
