Entering the world of fitness was certainly the golden path. Following a sporting background in athletics and football, it was a hard choice between the two. With passion in mind football won me over and was signed for my first ladies team at the age of 7 years.
Continuing the progression in this field I gained a 2 year football scholarship and a National Diploma in sports science. Sport has been the biggest part of my life for as long as I can remember. It still is a very important part of who I am today.
When I became a trainer I wanted to train people in the way I was trained through the years of being involved in a variety of sports.
My aim is to change the way in which you think about your body and what is possible.
