My passion for athleticism (I enjoyed athletics and football) naturally progressed into becoming a fitness instructor and personal trainer. My sporting
background has given me an evolving knowledge of diverse training techniques


I use these techniques to develop varied, interesting and challenging programmes which are specific to your goals and needs. I believe in a well-rounded, holistic approach to training. I am confident that results are a balance between hard work and a positive mind-set.
