As well as being a Personal Trainer, I am a BodyPump, Spin, BodyBalance and Yoga instructor, and I run a variety of indoor and outdoor Bootcamps. For my own training I am a competitive UK Bodybuilding bikini athlete. With all of this under my belt I have helped clients with a wide range of goals, from lifestyle changes to strength and power training, triathlon preparation to pre and post pregnancy fitness.
