Our equipment is organised in zones through the gym, and classes in our various studios.
Group exercise is a Bankside speciality
You can take your pick of more than 110 carefully choreographed group exercise classes a week in specific workout zones at Bankside, including purpose-built studios, yoga loft and spin studio. Enjoy your favourite fitness tracks, including Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning, Group Cycling and Cardio & HiiT.
There has been a wealth of studies that prove that regular exercise not only ensures you maintain physical good health but also that it can
stimulate your brain.
In fact, there are a number of studies where participants who exercised 3 times per week were proven to have increased cognitive
ability and enhanced intelligence scores.
Over and above that though, exercise in the right environment can be a lot of fun. Here at Bankside Fit Hub we have dedicated Student memberships available as part of our ethos of reaching out to
all sectors of the community to promote physical activity and healthy living.
