RIG is a 30 minute, full body functional training class combining bodyweight and weighted exercises to push your body to the max. It uses time and sets to work on getting as many reps as possible on exercises that you learn and improve on week by week.

Rig uses a variety of equipment that isn’t commonly used in your ‘normal gym session’. It challenges you to learn how to use your body in new ways, with exercises that will push you outside of your comfort zone.
