Yang to Yin Yoga

Yang to Yin Yoga is a class that brings two yoga disciplines together.

A dynamic (yang) practice, linking movement and breath together, will lead us into the second half of the class which will allow us to slow down into longer
holding poses (yin). Expect to hold poses between 3-5mins whilst focusing on the breath to help calm the mind whilst releasing stress from the body.
