Freestyle Ballet Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga and strength training. It also uses a combination of dynamic and static exercises alongside strengthening and stretching moves.

Use of the ballet barre, light weights and bodyweight movements will challenge your entire body like no other workout. Get ready to test yourself with a variety of ballet moves, strengthening exercises using light weights and resistance bands, before finishing off by targeting your core muscles. This class will help build lean muscles on the legs and arms, whilst strengthening the core and stretching the body.
