Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a LES MILLS™ yoga-based class, with elements of Pilates and Tai Chi that will develop your body & mind.

Using controlled breathing, concentration & inspired music - you will improve your flexibility, strengthen your entire body & reduce stress levels. It is available as either a 30 or 45 minute workout.
