Group Cycle Endurance is a 60 minute class that focuses on building up your cardiovascular and muscular endurance on an indoor stationary bike.

Using a mixture of long and heavy hill climbs, combined with challenging sprints, this class will push you to your limit. Whether you’re a complete novice, or a keen cyclist, this class is for everyone and is as challenging as you decide to make it. A low impact class that will help to build up cardiovascular fitness, and lower body strength and tone.
