Group Cycle Blast is a 30 minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)class that uses an indoor stationary bike to achieve fast results.

With a strong focus of sprints, and fast climbs, this class will get the heart rate up high and keep it high for the majority of the class with few short recoveries. A low impact class that will help to build up cardiovascular fitness, and lower body strength and tone.
