Group Cycle 45 is a class that combines endurance training with HiiT training on an indoor stationary bike. And being only 45 minutes long makes it the perfect lunchtime class.

Taking place in our immersive studio, the mood lighting and cranked up beats will be sure to get your heart pumping.Using a mixture of differing intensity of hill climbs, differing lengths of sprints and with a mixture of rest periods, this class will challenge you from all aspects. A low impact class that will help to build up cardiovascular fitness, and lower body strength and tone.
