Circ-HITT is a 7 station circuit class that will challenge you from the start until the end. Circuit training is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which focuses on periods of work with differing lengths of rest in between.
Come with a friend, or grab a partner once you arrive, as you both work together to push yourself through this gruelling 30 or 45 minute class. With an ever-changing routine, no class is ever the same. All of our instructors put their own spin on the workout, and although all classes will differ, the end result will be the same.
