Boot Camp is an intense combination of aerobic, strength and agility training. With a different training formula week by week, it will keep the sessions fun and exciting, yet challenging.

To get the best out of your workout, the instructor will use solo and partnered exercises to maintain motivation throughout this 30 minute workout.
